I Should've...

...stayed away from that daing na bangus during lunch today.

I knew since last week that I had this weird aversion to the taste and smell of garlic and fish. It started with that supposedly yummy garlic fish fillet that I bought and ate last Thursday. It made me feel nauseous all day and forced me to take the day off on Friday (coz I was vomiting like crazy!). And now it's beginning again....

HELP!

sis vina, try drinking ginger ale or salabat sa atin...and banana too. And munch on a little food from time to time. Before u go up in bed in the morning try to munch on some crackers like soda crackers so you will not throw up or get morning sickness. So far, i dont have morning sickness just that im so sensitive on smell. Just eat and eat wat u want..i hope i help u in a way.

thanks Ai! sige i'll try the salabat and the crackers too. i didn't experience this before with zoe so i'm really trying to cope. :-)
